Sue Plimmer Clarke, Political and Parliamentary Analyst – Biography

Sue manages political monitoring and policy intelligence at Golden Arrow and keeps an overview of parliamentary and legislative issues.

Before joining Golden Arrow, Sue worked for the BBC at Westminster during five parliaments and is an experienced political analyst, specialising in delivering a tailored assessment of the political and parliamentary scene.

She developed news planning at Westminster for the BBC to cover parliament, Whitehall, the political parties and policy development. She had previously been a reporter and producer in radio and television.

She brings a wealth of understanding, including of the long game of politics for both governments and their oppositions after beginning her journalistic career in the Midlands, including covering industry, unions and local government.
